Stew to combat the blues

I just made a batch of stew

Tart and very tasty brew

Spicy, yet nothing to rue

Ate it with some couscous.

Got two pots

For a start

Will add more if I need it

Heat some oil

Let water boil

Add coucous to water

Fry onions

To medium done

Add in all the seasoning.

Blend tomatoes

See how it goes

Chop a little faster.

Add veggies to the big pot

Add prunes, caution: it’s hot.

Almost forgot to add in salt–

Now we get to the best part!

Yum yum yum yum!
